Thank you for taking the time to view my website.  My name is Phil and this site is dedicated to all of those who are as passionate about magic as I am.  Magic is a very unique art form.  In Zen philosophy everything in this universe cannot exist without its opposite and within each component has its own balance.  As a scientist I can tell you that the illusions we see performed can be explained by simple scientific principles however performing illusions can leave audiences with a sense of wonder and mystery.  A simple flick of the wrist can make a card appear from thin air, but this effect means little unless one is willing to believe, even for a moment, that miracles do exist.  If that simple flick of the wrist is enough to put a smile on a sick patient or stop a young child from crying even for a moment, that my friends is magic
